I met this active Methow Valley family, including their dog at the Suspension Bridge parking area for the Methow Community Trail late in August – just before school started. It was a cool evening with the threat of rain and also a feeling of fall in the air. Oh gosh, can summer be over already? Everyone in the family was returning to school in a matter of days so yes, I guess summer is over. Here’s to a wonderful fall season.
We enjoyed a walk on the trail to the wonderful suspension bridge across the Methow River. It was a perfect location to capture the happy go lucky kids with their parents. Sparky, a lab/border collie mix delighted in all the smells and splashed in the river. He even managed to stay still for a few photos! It was a lovely evening to be out for a walk with good company.
